Have you been searching for an opportunity to get a professional skills certificate in Media, Entertainment, and Project Management? The Initiative for Equal Rights (TIERs) proudly announces the TIERs To Success 3.0
TIERS aims to empower young queer people in West Africa by providing them with formal training and networking opportunities in Media, Entertainment, and Project management in partnership with Fuse Varsity. Selected applicants will enrol in their chosen professional course, followed by a mandatory 3-4 month internship phase. To ensure practical success, our team handles the direct placement of all candidates into industry-leading organisations tailored to their field of study. Women, nonbinary, and transgender people are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria

- 18-30 years old.

- Identifying as queer.

- Willingness to commit to a 6–8 month dual-phase program featuring core learning in Media, Entertainment, or NGOs, plus a hands-on internship experience.

- Committed to queer rights advocacy and community service.
- Previous program participants are ineligible for enrollment in the current cohort.
